Women started conquer the men’s world wearing suits: doing what men did, yet pretending to be considered women.
Like the wolf that wears sheep. Eventually, he ate the sheep.
He did not do it out of pure instinct, and out of his intention to eat meat in the first place, he did it out of sheer frustration of “needing” (of being forced) to be sheep.
When you are not what you are, and you act like what you are not, you are building frustration. Eventually, it will burst out. Rage. Sheer fire. Destruction. Against you and everybody else.
In a world of men, bringing out the masculine out of the feminine is easy. It encourages it. The world is then of more men – still the men’s society.
In a world of men, bringing out the feminine, the femininity, out of the feminine is a privilege. The difference stays in how a man and a woman approach the same topic. The difference is in what they are doing differently. If a woman choose to do what a man would do, she is “a man”, there comes in her masculinity. If she chooses to be herself, there comes in her femininity. And that is what makes the world the “better place”.
Having more women on the board will only make the transfer from the male-masculinity to feminine-masculinity, which is not change, and it will create much more frustration on the run.
Having women acting like women, being the dough of all that grow, and letting it be, and letting it go, makes the real change to transition from imbalance to equality. From chaos to stability. From where things are, to where we want them to be.
Women, act like women, and Men, act like men! It HIGH TIME!
