The No.1 Compromise Is With Your Food

When you do not allow yourself to eat everything, this is a comprise.

All the diets, all the healthy food, if it is not something your body requests, you are living a compromise.

You are not the studies that show what to eat and not to eat, you are not the subjects of such studies, you are not the creators of them … you are you. And your body is you, telling you.

If you eat something – because you wanted, because you were drawn to eat it, because you feel (suddenly or not) like eating it – it is because your body wants to tell you something you do not see otherwise. Maybe it’s been trying to tell you already through your emotions, in your thoughts, or with the people and the circumstances you’ve met. Yet, the message was not received.

If you gain weight after eating what you want, the place where this extra material is added – like your belly, your hips, your inner thighs or inner upper arms and breasts, maybe sometimes around your neck and chin included – shows the topics of inequalities, of nonalignments, the topic of the message you had not received.

It means that you are not aligned with yourself, internally – you maybe say one thing and do another, or maybe you know or feel you “need” to do one thing and you don’t – or you are not aligned with what is going on around you.

As you are evolving, you enter other frequencies, others laws being in place for those specific places. Sometimes you get used to them quickly – they are slightly different than what you knew or your new frequency may incorporate them easily – sometimes you need some time to “know” them, to “feel” them, to incorporate them after such processing. Imagine you travel to Australia or Uk. You can go on with the food, the way you dress, how you behave generally, language may however require some time, and driving (for left-sided cars used drivers) may be a real challenge. Same with different levels of frequencies.

Food may help you align those differences quite easily, it’s part of what it does with its healing capacities. If you allow the process, you will receive the message eventually, and the weight will disappear. You may regard the process as being similar to healing a flu.

Quite similar, you may feel ill after eating something you wanted. Each cell of the body has an energetic body that it is permanently connected with. When the energy changes in some other part, a particular cell will ask for correcting energy – energy that may trouble it in the process as there is a nonalignment, and bring unity in the end. Illness is therefore a way to convey a message as well.

The moment we accept these processes and “hear” their messages, they disappear. Usually we are in a “better place”, a place with a higher frequency, we have evolved, we have integrated new energies – the new experiencies the messages the illness brought. They may be memories that were not integrated at the moment, or they may be completeley new things happening just now and us processing them at the same time.

Some of them may require help – like medical assistance or talking to a professional – much like learning to drive on the right or left side of the street is safer done with a driving instructor than on your own. Your body will let you know, follow its direction like you did when you ate in the first place, and include it in your process. It will make it easier, much like a ginger tea soothes and helps you during a flu.

What you eat helps you align internally and externally. Allowing yourself to eat what you want, besides allignment, brings you abundance, integrity and honesty. Be true to you and embrace it with your food every day (chakra 1 balance, setting the fundament).

BE AWARE that certain eating desires, namely the least common in your community and physical sorroundings, show specific imbalances that ARE REQUIRING the input of professionals. PLEASE REFER TO THEM BEFORE starting the process even if you master it.
