Hello everybody! Since when you were good and it was good?
Collective consciousness was built on “you are wrong and everything else is wonderful”. “You need to change, you are ugly, worthless, unworthy, not meaningful”. The fear that comes with it seems to start with many, different “reasons”, and may manifest in many, very different ways. From self punishment, shame, insecurity, anxiety to outer rage. Let’s finish it.
YOU ARE GOOD, & EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD, & IT IS GOOD
and
YOU ARE WELL & EVERYTHING ELSE IS WELL, & IT IS GOOD
You may use it as a mantra, you may meditate, you may want to mentally understand it, you may want to actually feel it. YOU ARE GOOD, AND IT IS GOOD. Do what you “have” to do. In love and in light. It is good.
The TRUTH is that you are ARE good, YOU ARE wonderful, and so is everything else.
(every time you are feeling shame, unworthiness, fear, the binge to punish yourself – BREATHE, “I AM GOOD, AND IT IS GOOD”, everything is fine, and everything is good, you are welcome and felt, received and heard. You are therefore simply raising your vibration to where sabotaging yourself is not energetically possible anymore, It simply doesn’t exist. You are who You Are, and You Are Beautiful)
