“New” meditation replaced “old” meditation. In a world of increased vibration, “new” meditation happens every day, every now and then. It became a lifestyle, a way of being connected, intuitive and in tune, with the world, with ourselves. More and more we started questioning the whereabouts, starting our “expression” with “I feel (that)”, “I believe (that)”. Conscious or not, you are meditating every day, regardless of, and sometimes in spite of, the fact that you do not find “a place” and “a time” to do it now. It is part of your life, just like breathing, eating, sleeping, walking, talking. Conscious or not.
