If nothing is lost, and everything is transformed, what would you bother? Why would you care where it all goes? And what everything becomes? It is not your choice. Energy is here to experience and it has a saying in what it becomes. And so do you in what you become.
When you are all “good”, you transform yourself naturally, effortlessly, much the same with physical body growing. You are not concerned and you do not focus on how your hand will look like. It is just there, and it “grows”. It is energy taking form naturally, materializing itself into the physical world. Of course, you wanted the hand, and you loved it, you were not concerned though about how it would look like, or be like.
Let the energy shape around you, embrace it, open up to it, and everything you desire becomes real in your reality. Maximizing something that does not “want” to be maximized, that had already “lived it’s life” – had the experience it was looking for – produces stress and pain.
