It’s not with food. It’s not with friends. It’s not with relationships. And not with money at all. Surprised? It starts with sleep – lack of sleep, to be spot on. Sleeping less doesn’t mean you get more. Just like sleeping more won’t get you less. Doing more does not make up for the areas where you don’t “have” more, or even “enough”.
We are holistic beings. We are interconnected. We immediately know when something “is missing”, in and out.
No matter what you are lacking, you are in lack. You cannot call on abundance. Fix that gap and start living energized.
