First Things First

Don’t do the most difficult things in the morning, do the most significant things in the morning.

If you feel your teeth “dirty” all day, by all means, brush your teeth first thing in the morning. If you feel heavy just because you haven’t done your routine, by all means, do your routine first thing in the morning. If you feel imbalanced the whole day, by all means, meditate first thing in the morning. If you feel guilty all day, by all means kiss your kid before leaving, 

Do all the thing that are meaningful to you, the things that not done “stalk” you the whole day. Some may be “easy”, some may be “difficult”, it’s not the energy that you put into it, it’s the energy that is held into it that makes the difference.

Find the things that are giving you back the biggest energy – being quantity, meaning, quality, hope, joy, tranquility – and “follow” those things, and have them through. You then enjoy every moment that “life” is bringing to you.
