There is only one moment: this one.
The way you live it determines the way you live the next one.
Happy now, happy later.
And IT creates your life: the way you are feeling now.
Instant gratification and life is not supposed to be hard – it does not need to – are the beliefs you need to change and integrate now.
Accept that they are possible. Make you decisions based on what you are feeling now. Acknowledge what you are feeling now. Actively look for instant gratification. And do not settle for a hug, a lame explanation, a distraction, a cookie sau some drug.
Don’t settle.
Look for your answer. Look for your instant gratification. Ask more questions, ask different persons, look again, maybe in different places. And don’t settle. Look for it until you are satisfied.
Instant gratification does not (necessarily) mean you are getting it, it means you are looking for it. You are curious. And this curiosity, this openness and solution finding experience will give you most of the time the instant happiness that you can feel.
Do not let people – or you – take your attention away from what you are looking for, your azimuth.
