Is The Best Yet To Come? (especially if you have diabetes, any form)

This is a really important question. Important to your well being, to your longevity, to your health, wealth, and overall sanity.

IS THE BEST YET TO COME? or has it been gone for some while?

When you believe the best is yet to come, you are excited. You have “zest for life”. YOU TAKE everything that comes. YOU TRANSFORM everything into an opportunity. YOU SEE possibilities and YOU ACT. You believe in going forward … “THE BEST IS YET TO COME! Why wait???? Have fun!”.

If the best is NOT to come, that (almost) nothing new, “good” or “bad”, that may excite you, is not seen at the horizon, there is no “zest for life”. No interest. No opportunity. No Possibility. The best is gone. It is never to come.

And you feel empty.

The emptiness was there long before the “best is not to come”. The emptiness was there long before you could have made up your “mind”. The emptiness that shatters any possibility. That emptiness that needs to be re-run.

If you “think” the best is not to come AND if you can “see” the emptiness, spot out what is (and was) “the best”. What does it look like? How does it feel? Who was there to feel it with? Who felt it the same way? Who was there with you? Spot out any other elements – as specifically as you can – that made that period, and event, so beautiful, so extraordinary, so sweet, soooo good. You will find out the “element”, and it is usually NOT the first “spoon of sugar” you’d think. It is usually buried deep. Find it.

And THEN you will know you can re-create it. That it was not the person, it was not the circumstances, it was not the place – it was you, it was your feelings. The ones that you can re-create, you can live again. And THEN, that very moment, you will FEEL that the BEST IS YET TO COME! That it is right here, in this present moment, where you are creating.
