Let’s Talk About Values

Values equal judgment and attachment.

You value something when you made the judgment that they are “valuable”, they bring in something – emotional, material, spiritual – that you are looking for, and whose result of having “makes” you (feel) a certain way.  You do not value the “it”- you value how “it” makes you feel, the result of “it”.

The moment you get what you want, it seems rather difficult to let go. You get attached to it. You want to keep it the way it is at all costs.

Values are fear based, they are the manifestation of the fear that you are not good at heart, you need something (somebody) to guard you against the others, to guard others against you. When “you” are not vigilante enough, “the value” kicks in, and saves you from the “inevitable”.

Values equals fear of not being enough.

When you know that you are love, and all is love, how is fear necessary? When you love them, what “value” is necessary to let them be, welcome them at heart, be happy, and enjoy who you are?
