The City of Dubai was actually all the time there. Only “few” however were able to “see” it. Was it their imagination? Was it wisdom?
This is energy. Energy can trans-form into anything. Some people “felt” it there. Some had the vision of having it there. Some wanted to have the money to build it. And built it. Some were driven by their desires to be part of great things – although not furnishing them with their own money. Just like the architects, and the constructors. Some are really into using everything – they wanted “mountains” come to them. And they did.
And this is how ALL these people actually materialized it.
It is not always necessary to have the money, it is not always necessary to have the guts, sometimes just accepting “the things” that we see, and want, it is merely “enough”.
