When you are raged. When you “are” fury. LET IT BLOW.
Let It Blow.
As simple as that.
It is not always simple. It is not very difficult to know what you are raged at, why you have fury. Up to a point. And then, there a vast bowl of empty. Nothing. Blanks. And spaces.
And you feeel it in your throat. You feeel it everywhere. It IS THERE. you can feel it.
Let it blow. Let it go through your mouth, through your throat, through your 3rd chakra.no sound, no word, and yet it blows.
LET IT BLOW.
Your mind is “blown”. It has so many “no”s, so many “do no”s, so many “it is not elegant”s. “not nice”s, “no can”s, it may simply not “say” the words. There was a block.
And you could feeeeel it. Not in your words, not in your brain … in your hearts, in your guts, in your throats.
It doesn’t matter why you’ve been raged, what your fury was about, letting it go is an emotional exercise.
